Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to purchases made from Kiyzi, operated by Paul Schütte Ecom, through kiyzi.com.
Currency
All product prices and amounts charged by Kiyzi are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment methods
The payment methods currently available for an order are shown at checkout. Availability can vary by device, customer location and payment-provider availability. Payment is processed by the provider selected at checkout.
Total payable amount
Before an order is confirmed, checkout displays the total amount charged by Kiyzi, including the product price and any applicable shipping or taxes collected by us. Kiyzi does not add hidden, subscription or recurring fees after purchase.
If an order requires an import charge that could not reasonably be calculated at checkout, we will contact the customer before dispatch. The customer may accept the charge or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
Payment authorisation
Submitting an order authorises the selected payment provider to process the displayed amount. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not prevent Kiyzi from cancelling and refunding an order that cannot be accepted or fulfilled.
Order verification
We may request reasonable information to verify an order or payment and reduce fraud. If required verification is not completed, the order may be cancelled and the payment refunded to the original payment method.
Payment security
Checkout payments are processed through the payment services displayed at checkout. Kiyzi does not receive or store the customer's full card number. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how order and personal information is handled.
Pricing errors
If a material pricing error is identified before fulfilment, we will contact the customer. The customer may proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. This does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Eligibility and processing information are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
