Good, not amazing — depends what you expect

It's warm rather than hot. If you're after that scalding hot-towel feeling you won't get it here and I think people should know that before ordering. What it IS good at is being the same temperature at minute fifteen as at minute two, which no flannel has ever managed for me. So I'd say it's honest about itself. Three stars is me being fussy, I still use it most nights.

bought it for my husband, now I use it more than he does

got this for him because he's the one who's always blocked up and sniffing, but I've got the one who's ended up wearing it every evening. he does still use it don't worry. its very simple to put on, strap goes round the back and thats it, no faff. only thing i'd say is bend the nose part properly the first time, i didn't and it sat too high for a couple of days until i read the leaflet.

Four stars rather than five only because I think the fitting could be explained better on the box. No complaints about the heat.
